Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
What to ExpectWho this might be forKetamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a way to explore your inner world with support, using ketamine alongside psychotherapy. It can help access thoughts, feelings, and perspectives that may be hard to reach in traditional therapy alone. I offer KAP in partnership with Skylight Psychedelics to ensure the medication is administered safely, while I focus on the therapeutic work.
During a session, ketamine is taken sublingually. My role is to guide you through the experience, supporting whatever comes up—thoughts, feelings, or memories—with respect and care. Sessions before and after the ketamine experience help integrate what arises, so insights can become meaningful in daily life.
KAP can support people navigating:
Depression, anxiety, or persistent low mood
Trauma or PTSD
Grief, life transitions, or feeling “stuck”
Relationship challenges or struggles with intimacy
It can be especially helpful if traditional therapy hasn’t offered the access or shifts you’re looking for.
❋ INDIVIDUAL KAPOne-on-one sessions for personal exploration, processing challenges, and focusing on what matters most to you.
❋ Partnered / Polycule KAPSessions for couples or polycules to process shared experiences, deepen connection, and honor each person’s voice.
❋ Small Group KAPA carefully held container for small groups, where shared experiences and reflection can support growth and connection.
Approach
I aim to create a grounded and respectful space for whatever comes up during KAP. Whether you come alone, with a partner, or in a small group, my goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and held throughout the process.
If KAP feels like something you want to explore, I’d be glad to talk. We can discuss your goals, answer questions, and co-create a plan that feels safe and aligned with your needs.
